UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!  In town working and having intermittent issues with my BMW.  I found Autohaus during a google search and took my vehicle for diagnosis and repair.  I left my vehicle there for 2 days and they were unable to duplicate the issue.  Instead of replacing parts that MAY be the issue and charging me.  They advised me as to what my be the problem may be and didn’t charge me anything!  Its a true repair shop that conducts business with the up most of integrity!  Highly Advise using there service!!!

I had a great experience at Autohaus of Raleigh!!! They are super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I found them online after my car had been vandalized and I needed to get my side mirror replaced because it had been stripped. I simply walked in told them what happened, they took a look at my car right then and there.  The gentlemen helping me gave me a quote and ordered the parts I needed.  I came back 2 days later and they fixed me right up! I will definitely be returning to them in the future should I need their services again.

I dropped by Autohaus last week for a state inspection. A routine service that they don’t even make any money on, but the staff (especially Donna) treated me like royalty! They offered me a tour of the facility, and I met the mechanic who worked on my car and even saw the service bays where my car would be during its short stay. Then I enjoyed the lovely waiting room with free coffee and wifi for the short time it took to inspect my car. It isn’t often that you get wowed by service at an auto repair shop, but this was definitely an A+ experience all the way!

There was a radiator hose leak that they had previously repaired. The flange had a hairline crack, however. So 2 months later I had to take the car back. They fixed it immediately at no charge! Great job. Thanks.
